Overall Performance[]
Achievable Classes | |||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII has a stock top speed of 246 km/h (153 mph) which is very high for a Class D car but as it's overall rating is almost on C Class the top speed is below average from a Class C perspective. The acceleration is good but is somewhat lacking power. Its nitrous output is weak. The Evo VIII has good and responsive handling, however, understeer is common because of its soft suspension.
For Pursuit Outrun and Team Escape the Evolution VIII can perform well. It can through roadblocks well and because of its soft suspension it absorbs the collision shock from a heavy police vehicle such as a Rhino. However, because of its understeer it may have some problems dodging vehicles.
