The Lexus IS 300 (IS 200 in Japan but also sold as the Toyota Altezza) was released in 1998 (2000 in the USA), and is powered by the powerful 2JZ-GE (N/A) Inline-6 engine. The engine is only available in the Gita models within the Japanese market.

Treasure Hunter

The "Treasure Hunter" edition was released on August 14th, 2012. It features Medion pro tuned performance parts, several aftermarket parts and skill mods, and a treasure hunter livery.  

Blue

The "Blue" edition was released on November 28th, 2012, for In-Game Cash. It features no installed parts. On June 28th, 2015, the "Blue" edition had its price reduced as part of the End of the World event.  

Yellow

The "Yellow" edition was released on February 14th, 2013, as a top-up gift. It features Amerikon Speedsystems race tuned parts..

Achievable Classes

The Lexus IS 300 has a stock top speed of 205 km/h (127 mph) which is low compared to other cars in Class D. Its acceleration is also weak but it can be compensated by its strong Nitrous output. The handling isn't either precise, nor responsive, nor grippy as its sister model and successor, the Lexus IS 350 but it is manageable.

In Team Escape the IS 300 can be a good vehicle if it's used correctly. Like the IS 350, the IS 300 is a heavy car, so it will easily manage through roadblocks, but dodging rhinos can become tricky because of its bad turning radius. Being rammed head-on or being halted by a roadblock and trying to get away isn't too easy also, since its sluggish acceleration usually won't let the IS 300 outrun the police interceptors.
