Kempton is the part industrial area of Palmont City based on Long Beach, California. It can be entered via Highway 142 from Fortuna, Stonewall Tunnel from Downtown and via the tunnel located inHistoric Chinatown. Kempton will also be connected with Rockport if the Lower Rockport West Side is opened.
Kempton is the smallest borough in Palmont and it is where the fastest Treasure Hunt times are possible.
