Masterson Harbour is a district in south-west Camden. It is best known for Masterson Naval Shipyard, a large shipyard that is free from traffic, has lots of jumps and a docked accessible aircraft carrier.
It also features factories and a semi-accessible railway yard. It can be accessed from Highway 201 in Downtown Rockport, from Cascade Industrial Park and from Point Camden using a tunnel. On the south end players can visit Beacon Point Island and then continue driving into Point Camden.

The Late Departure team escape track goes through it and the Underground track ends at the connecting road from Downtown.
