Valley & State is a 10.45 km long Sprint taking place in Downtown Rockport.

Starting at the airport, this track heads straight into the heart of the city passing through Fairmont Bowl and Century Square before turning right into the Rockport Square pedestrianised shopping area, hitting players with lots of objects and a pursuit breaker. It then goes left through the streets then right through the tunnels back out to Highway 201. Heading east along the highway, it then leaves downtown and cuts through the outskirts of Masterson Harbour. Going uphill towards Rosewood it then turns north-east at the bus station before cutting through a shopping area onto Chase Road then turning west onto Highway 99. Turning off the highway in downtown Rosewood it finishes near the bus station.
